1. Who we are
This website is operated by Juwen Smart Electronic (Zhongshan) Co., Ltd. ("we", "us"), a dishwasher manufacturer registered in Zhongshan, Guangdong, China. Our products are sold under the Geowell brand.
For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) we are the controller of the personal data described below. Under the Personal Information Protection Law of the People's Republic of China (PIPL) we are the personal information handler.

2. What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data this website collects, why we use it, who we share it with and what you can ask us to do about it.
It does not cover websites we link to, the practices of our distributors and dealers, or data you give us outside this website (for example in direct email or at a trade fair) — although the rights in section 8 apply to that data too.
3. What we collect
Inquiry form. When you send an inquiry we collect the name, email address, company name (optional) and message you type. If you started from a product page, we also record which product you were viewing, so our reply is about the right machine.
Server logs. Our servers automatically record the IP address, browser user-agent, requested address, referring page and timestamp of each request. We use these only to keep the site available and to investigate faults and abuse.
Language cookie. If you switch the site's language, we store that choice in a cookie named NEXT_LOCALE so the site opens in the same language next time. It is strictly necessary for that feature and holds nothing else.
Analytics. This website does not currently run analytics or advertising cookies, and we do no cross-site tracking or profiling. We intend to add aggregate traffic measurement (Google Analytics 4, without advertising features) — we will update this policy and the effective date above before switching it on.
We do not ask for special category data — health, biometric, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, trade union membership or sexual orientation. Please do not include such information in an inquiry.
4. Why we use it, and our legal basis

Under PIPL, we handle your information on the basis that it is necessary to conclude or perform a contract to which you are a party, or to respond to a request you have made.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with advertising networks or data brokers. We disclose it only to:
- Amazon Web Services — hosting, file storage and content delivery for this website and its content management system.
- Our business email provider — delivering inquiry notifications to our sales mailbox.
- Professional advisers, auditors, or public authorities — where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend legal claims.
These providers act on our instructions under written data processing terms and may not use your data for their own purposes.
6. Where your data is stored, and international transfers
This website, its content management system and its file storage run on servers located outside the European Economic Area, in Hong Kong SAR. The colleagues who read and answer inquiries are in mainland China.
If you contact us from the EEA, the UK or Switzerland, sending us an inquiry is therefore an international transfer of your data. We protect it with the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with our processors, encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and access control limited to named accounts. You may request details of these safeguards using the contact address in section 1.
7. How long we keep it

We take regular backups for disaster recovery. A deletion request is applied to live systems promptly; backup copies are overwritten in the normal course of our backup cycle.
8. Your rights
Whatever country you are in, you may ask us to:
- give you a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
- correct it if it is wrong or out of date;
- delete it;
- restrict or object to our use of it, including our use of it for commercial follow-up;
- transfer it to you or another provider in a portable format;
- withdraw consent, where we relied on your consent;
- explain our handling rules, if you are in mainland China exercising rights under PIPL.
To exercise any of these, email zhuolin.ye@zsjuwen.cn. We will respond within one month. We may need to ask a question or two to confirm your identity before we act — we do this to make sure we do not disclose your data to someone else.
Asking us to stop commercial follow-up costs you nothing and does not affect any inquiry you have already sent.
If you are in the EEA or the UK you also have the right to complain to your national data protection authority. We would appreciate the chance to address your concern first.
9. Children
This is a business-to-business website, aimed at distributors, dealers and specifiers. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us an inquiry, write to us and we will delete it.
10. Security
The whole site is served over HTTPS. Administrative access to the content management system is limited to named accounts, and inquiry records are not publicly readable.
No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. Please do not send confidential technical drawings or commercial terms through the inquiry form — ask us for a secure channel and we will arrange one.
11. Changes to this policy
We will publish any change on this page and update the effective date at the top. If a change materially affects how we use data you have already given us, we will tell you by email where we hold a working address for you.
